Family-style Holiday Home in the Heart of Siófok

Arena Apartman welcomes its guests in a friendly and homely atmosphere in Siófok – Hungary's most popular holiday destination – just a short walk from the city center and Lake Balaton, yet located in a peaceful and pleasant environment.

We offer two air-conditioned, child-friendly apartments with separate entrances, tastefully simple yet fully functional, featuring a cozy outdoor sitting area and a roof terrace for sunbathing.

The two floors are rented as one unit:
2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 5 rooms, accommodating up to 13 guests – all yours, exclusively.

IMPORTANT:
This is a private holiday home, not suitable for loud parties due to local noise regulations and to ensure a peaceful stay for our neighbors.

Tourist tax: 550 HUF / person / night

Flexible check-in and check-out available upon prior arrangement.

Please note:
Extra electricity use and air conditioning (4 units) are charged at 2,500 HUF per unit per night.
Fans (5 units) are available free of charge.

Total: 5 rooms – 3 with private entrances, 2 walk-through rooms

Ground Floor:

  • Room 1: 4 beds (1 double bed + 2 single beds)

  • Room 2: 2 single beds

  • Room 3: 2 beds (3 single beds; one bed possibly shared or spare)

Attic Floor:

  • Room 4: 3 single beds

  • Room 5: 1 double bed

The ground floor is more spacious and comfortable, so we recommend planning room arrangements accordingly – for example, the attic may be more suitable for younger guests or children.

Pets:

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.
