For bookings or inquiries, please contact us by phone, email, or by filling out the form below.

Our prices depend on the number of guests and season. To receive an accurate quote, please provide the arrival and departure dates, as well as the number of guests.

Please note: this page is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a confirmed reservation.

A reservation is considered final only after you receive a confirmation email and the deposit has been received.

Reservation

You can book via email or phone. The reservation becomes valid only after:

• acceptance of the Booking & Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions,

• and after the deposit is paid in advance and confirmed by us.

If the required deposit is not received by the given deadline, our offer and service obligation will be void.

Cancellation Policy

We are unable to accommodate changes in the number of guests or nights booked.

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing via email at: arenasiofok@gmail.com.

In case of cancellation, the deposit already paid is considered a penalty fee and is non-refundable.

However, if the cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to the arrival date, the full deposit can be reused within 1 year from the original booking date, provided the new booking is of equal or greater value and depending on availability.

For cancellations made within 60 days of the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another booking.
